Hi I am looking for help with sophie sew if anyone knows how to use it?? I followed the video tutorials, and saved it to export file but when I tried to open it with wilcom truesizer it says the
the folder is empty, got any ideas???

I answered your longer question which seems to have vanished. So here's my answer again:
Don't use 'export file', use 'save as' instead and use the format your machine needs. Then you can go to Wilcom Truesizer and resize.
