I went to the Membership page to see what you were talking about. I think 2CO is a company like PayPal maybe, where you can check out without giving your card # to the merchant, but I'm not sure. I see they have a 'credit card' icon under their name, so that's what I'm assuming. If you want to pay by credit card or PayPal, just hit the "Buy" button, that should take you to the page where you can make a choice how to pay.
