is the only way to get all 9 oval designs or any of the other designs that have multiples-is by downloading wilcom? If that is the case, guess I will settle for the single design that comes up here-don't need to be downloading any more programs right now for free designs

You would only need to convert with whatever program (does not have to be Wilcom Truesizer) if your format is not there. To get all designs you have to click all pes (or hus or jef) designs and make sure you save them with an added number or letter (a, b, c etc), else they would overwrite each other.

LOL-OMG Martine I still wasn't getting it-even after you clearing explained-then the lightbulb finally clicked on!!! I didn't realize that each one of the LONG list on the format selection had to be clicked on individually for each design.
Man, sometimes it's a wonder I can even walk and talk without someone holding me up and moving my lips for me lol-thanks so much for your patience-and instructions (54 yrs. old is not really old but it sure seems it when I take so long to understand simple commands on the computer)

Yep the lightbulb shines bright now, thanks martine, did not go down the dl list to check on multi pes

lol-I finally figured it out Jacqueline-just a bit slow on the draw-thanks!
Did you experience the shake, rattle & roll with yesterdays quake? I didn't feel a thing up here in NY State-but then again I always miss um when the hit for some reason
