My heart truly aches for you, but i know you will make many more beautiful memories to treasure with your Gram. I pray these special memories will be created over many more years together. Please think and live only for the 'now' and try not to think of the 'when' as it would only make you sad and rob you of the enjoyment of this special time you have been given. May i suggest you get a tape or a video and in the special moments, get your Gram talking about the old days and record as much as you can, something I wish I had done with my beloveds.
