I financed both my Bernina's using Bernina credit that is backed by GE and everything was terrific. I am so sorry you are having such difficulties. Have you called the store you purchased from?

They take NO RESPONSIBILITY for whom you financed with through their store.

All I have seen/heard is NEGATIVE.

STILL no paperwork received, ONLY nasty phone calls from them.

One good thing, NOW I can download your wonderful designs and they WORK on my machine--Brother 780D. Until I got the Floriani software I could not download and get them to work.

I love ALL of your designs.

Thanks.

Thank you--I have about 5 numbers but have received NO BILL!!

I don't trust these people over the phone--have read too many NEGATIVE reviews about them and their business in INDIA???

Asked for an actual paper bill to be sent---will see if it arrives in the next few days.

Will know better the next time.

If you can get interest free and do not use it for any other purchases. My daughter got caught, she bought a computer on GE interst free BUT after a couple of months bought another item on the GE credit card at an interest rate much higher than other credit cards.

I bought my Floriani software and financed it through GE Money Bank, had no problem, no pnone calls at all. I've got mine paid off now. I just need to learn to use it. Have you learned the software yet? I need some classes on how to use it but hate to have to pay so much for classes.

I have been to 4 workshops. 2 put on by Walter. What an amazing man.

Second by Cathi Quinn---I missed church (had to go to CONFESSION:):):)--she helped many of us learn the basics with hand on our laptops.

If you get a chance, take her workshop--the software is awesome---just play with it and you will become almost addicted.

All I can say is that even if you don't get the paperwork pay the bill and don't use the card for anything else. Don't be 1 day, 1 hour, 1 minute late in paying the bill if you have the no interest for 24, 36, 48 month loan. Even if you have to call them to make the payment. It is great if you are not late with a payment especially near the end of the loan period.

I used them to finance interest free for my Viking Diamond, never used the card for anything else. Paid it off a little early when I sold my home, but no problems, they had a coupon book but I set up auto pay through my bank and was NEVER late...they add on all interest if you are...careful of that. I used it through my Bernina dealer and no problems. Although the last time I checked the fine print, it said in equal payments, which was a whole new game !!! originally, one could pay monthly whatever you wanted as long as it was paid off by due date. In other words pay all along and them transfer the balance to another card if the time ran out on you. I guess they caught on our way out. everyone was transferring the balance to avoid the accrued interest.

Good?? The advertising. I've dealt with their parent company before. They "lose" your final payment, dawdle in sending paperwork, haggle over petty stupid stuff. If you can get a loan from your bank or use a credit card instead, you would be much further ahead. Then you wouldn't have the stress of missing the fine print or dealing with a company that really DOES want to screw you out of the interest that they feel entitled to, even though they advertise interest free for X number of months. Sorry. I can't be more helpful.

I purchased my new Ellageo Plus in June 2010 thru my Baby Lock Dealer & got a 18 month interest free with GE Money. The Baby Lock dealer did all the paperwork right there in the store. I got my 1st bill from GE & divided it by 18 & paid my 1st payment on line before it was due as a matter of fact when I get my paper bill now I go in & set up my payment to come out on the due date or a day or so before if it falls on a weekend. The next month after getting my machine I purchased a Kola Cabinet for my machine also 18 months interest free through my Baby Lock dealer & again financed by GE Money. When I got the new bill for the 2 of them together they gave me another full 18 months so I divided it again by 18. My paper bill says I have until 2/17/12 to pay in full without the interest. They actually gave me an extra month. If they ever fail to send a bill I would make sure to go in & set up the next payment. The paper bill is just a courtesy, I know it sucks but it is your responsibility to make sure you make a payment weather you get a bill or not. Sounds like your Brother dealer did not do a good job of setting you up with GE Money. I have not had one problem with them.
