thing that would keep it together. I'm wanting to make them in Free Standing lace if possible and I know what I want, but am not sure if there are such things available. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You will love it! I had it on Wednesday evening and it was just gorgeous. I must admit I'm a bit generous with the curry Powder. It gives it a nice zing. It really is supposed to have peanut butter, but as I said I'm allergic to peanuts, so the Sunflower Seed paste is a great alternative.
Last night I made Sweet and Sour Pork another winner!

I've got a whole set from Secrets of Embroidery but I'm not sure how they are to be kept together! I see Helen (MOYED) said she tied them with a ribbon! I was hoping not to have to do that.

It is made for a ribbon closure - but you don't have to do it that way - if you can figure another way to get them closed.

DOH!!! I made them before!!!
Dainty Stitches is where I bought them, they tie underneath but on the top they join together via the feature on them. The Angel is hard to see but it connects at the wings.
I am sure she had others too.
Hugs n roses, Meg

Thanks Meg - this is not the set I've got. Love Chris
Love set - I have that little angel - must have been in another set.

Chris, you could just use the glue gun to keep them together.

Thanks for that Helen. I actually have a glue gun. My guess is that's what they have done with all the ones I've bought from S.O.E. Love Chris

Instead of a ribbon for a closure you could use a round tiny button over one of the tie holes and use the other hole to loop over the button or just stitch them closed.

Sonia (at the Stitchery Mall) has a nice set or two - they do suggest a ribbon closure - but I was thinking of the tiny button or stitching myself a little knob on the one side - if I got one of those sets.

Chris, there are several at Yoriko's site. Made several sets for gifts last year and they went over big time. Nice designs in fsl and they stitch out nicely.
