Is this even possible? A design 4.51x4.90 - 21,649 stitches and 222 jumps. When I open it in Embird it looks like it jumps all over the place...lol

Это возможно, если дизайн делался в автоматическом режиме .
И плотность установлена в нем маленькая.
This is possible if the design has been placed in the automatic mode.
It is installed and the density of the smallest.

For people like me without a machine with automatic cut this sound terrible ;o)
Is this a photostich or cross-stitch?
Greetings, Bettina

Yes, I've seen several, even with more jumps, 312 being the most I recall. The sequencing can be horrible to.
It's often the result of autodigitising an elaborate design. Even when you have a machine that cuts the jumps automatically it's a no-no: every single bit starts and ends with a couple of stitches close together which form little knots on the surface, not to mention the 4 thread ends at the back, which will be a furry mess.
It's just awfully bad digitising. A bit of careful planning could prevent all of that.

This sounds frighting. I would not touch it as it would give me a heart attack. LOL.

I would be so frustrated before it was done that I would want to throw it out.

Lol - just imagine how many needles I will break - cutting while stitching.

I certainly wouldn't try it. I did one once, a lion's head, it had so many jumps, it was very frustrating, ended up throwing it away.

I would not even attempt it - I would get too frustrated and would probably not like how it turned out anyway. Hoping it was a freebie for you - if not I would go back to the digitizer and ask for your money back.

I agree with the others, sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. I would play with the thread order etc if I was going to even attempt it. And then I would check how it looks on my design software program before ever attempting. If it looks thick or a mess I would say NO WAY!
