I've only just spotted this post, so thank you for your concern, Minnie. I've not been sitting for too long at my pc, which cramps my hip joint. I think it's only a pinched nerve from lifting something awkwardly so I'm sure it will ease with a bit of TLC. :-} More activity less sitting, LOL! hugs n roses, M
