Did you shut-down and re-start your computer after the outage? If not try that. If so, go to the browser Tools menu and select internet options, then delete your "temporary internet files". The exact procedure differs slightly depending on your browser and version, however it's pretty user friendly. Then close and re-open your browser.

If all fails do a RESTORE. You will not loose any info just the settings go back to when everything worked.
