I checked all patterns for today and they all have the color charts available. You know that you have to download them seperatly?

I'm not sure what you mean exactly. I know I copy and past the color charts to a word document and very often some of the color blocks are missing. I think they don't all load correctly even when they show on the screen. If I copy and paste a second time I get even less or different amount of colors that come up. It's very frustrating. It used to happen a lot on the older Cute applique site.
When that happens I copy and paste each individual color block into the missing space of my word document if there aren't too many missing. If there are 15 colors and a lot are missing I copy the whole page and paste it to Paint then I select just the blocks of color all at once and paste the whole picture of blocks to my work document.
