Thanks I checked too... but just wondered what everyones first thought was????
Found a single colored eagle and the recommended color was Brother thread called Russet Brown #330
Used Brother thread called Brass #328 on another one.

The ones at my house are dark brown with white heads and yellow beaks, but I think a nice warm golden brown would be nice. For me, when I think "eagle" I think brown bird, not grey. You'll have to put him in Projects when you're done, and wish your SIL "get well" from us! Hugs, Marji
