Becky, I hope your Birthday was a wonderful one! So sorry to have missed it but I spent most of the day trying to get my computer running again. By the time I got off the phone with a "Comcast Tech" from Mississippi and I am in Georgia, it was more than time to call it quits!!!! My son could have easily have talked me throught the problem and he is just a few miles from me but I had to resort to begging for help. When I called on my problem, it was not but a few minutes before Comcast called me back...but I was surprised that someone 2 states away would be the Tech calling. I also had in a problem call with my Television that is also through Comcast. They were supposed to come to the house today but they fixed it over the airways also. I guess some of their equipment in our area was messed up bad for me to only have a phone that was working properly. All three are through Comcast! I could have cared less about the phone but was going bonkers, not having my computer!!!!
