You vote for a design you want to come up as a freebie. Anyone can vote, so a request for others to vote ups the chance you get it. You can choose any design unless it says no voting, just look through the pages. Oh, and welcome here. Flower for you.

Thank you all for clearing that up. I thought I read some posts where someone was asking for votes for a design at another site...could be I didn't understand the request, but I was getting alarmed. I was hoping I had misunderstood and it seems I had.

As a quick example, go to the top of this page and click on designs. You will see 2 tabs. The second one says TOP IN 24 HR. That is usually where a design is that is being requested to be voted on.
