I just clicked on the design (not add to cart)took me to a page where you had the option for add to cart or member download clicked member download took me to page to download

To the far right of the screen there is a place for members and a green download button. Would say about in the middle to the right of the screen.

Just downloaded the new Halloween ones without a problem. I did find I had to sign back in before I could do anything. Just renewed the other day then site was down and I thought OH NO but today I see I can download as much as I want to. Click on picture like others said. It just looks a litle different. Veronica is taking good care of us....

I can't get to any of the single designs but I can get to some of the design packs and download them with no problem. does anyone know when this will be worked out.

This is the message i get when I try to open a single design. do you know what is going on.. I just renewed yesterday and my old subscription didn't expire until Dec 2011 now it should be thru June of 2012. thanks for any help.

Ever since I renewed a few days ago I have had all sorts of problems. I kept getting messages to login and then it wouldn't take my password. It has been a pain for the last 2 days. Maureen

Click on the picture of the design, not the 'add to cart' button and you'll get a new page where you can choose the membership button - worked fine for me, I just downloaded a design this way.
