I have just bought some missing letters of alphabets i have collected but the patterns werent sent to me. It said i havent nominated a destination. i thought they would automatically come to me as other websites do. what have i done wrong? i paid through paypal. elizabeth

I am still waiting to hear the email address thank you. I still do not have my designs as they are still in the cart waiting to be paid which I have done already. I am not impressed.

Which site are you talking about that you ordered from? There are alphabets here on Cute Embroidery, and also on Amazing Embroidery Designs, and on the Cute Alphabets site. Usually when you pay for your designs, you can get them by instant download, I'm not sure why you're waiting for an e-mail. If you give more information, maybe we could help you better. As cfidl has said, all the sites are being upgraded and changed somewhat, and some things are a bit different. Tell us more, which site, and we'll try to help. Hugs, Marji

Thanks for your reply. it's on cute embroidery website. on the receipt it says paid to EmbPersons.My Unique Transaction ID #1X629193DY743335C. I looked in the download centre but there is nothing there but all my order is still in the cart waiting to be paid but I have already done that. That's why I thought they would be sent by email.
I have emailed EmbPersons and I haven't heard from them or anyone else since your last contact. My designs are still in the cart waiting to be paid but i have paid for them. [which says 5 patterns and there are only 4 [i only ordered 4]
