usually, the thumbnails that look like a piece of paper are thumbnails of the design just like the sewiconz ones. I think there is a setting I need to adjust. My dealer is overseas looking at the new janome machines and I am too impatient. hugs Helen

I am not familiar with this software but have you tried uninstalling it then reinstalling, that is what I normally do with things that are not behaving properly.

Yep been there, done that. thanks Alice, just very frustrating, maybe will have to operate back in xp mode...
