In hosp recently for heart surgery. Returned home to find husband had tidied up my STUFF in sewing room.I now cant find Blue dongle for 3D huskvarna software.I am gutted that viking say they no longer supply the blue dongle.Can anyone help me.? I am willing to pay for it.
He has also thrown out lots of paper work
but the dongle i cant do without.Thank you for any ideas re this problems. Kate

I am sorry to hear about your dongle, can just imagine your husband is probably not the most popular person in your household now. Hope you get sorted soon.

Hope it shows up for you after you carefully go through everything again. Is it possible he put it somewhere else in your home like where you keep your office/computer items? Maybe someone could take a picture of their's so you could show him what you are looking for.

What a nightmare, sorry to hear that. I have 3D, but a red dongle. I also understand that you have to hand in your old dongle with Husqvarne to get a new one. I agree, just take a breath and go through everything, take your time and pray it will be found.
If not wonder if you might find second hand on E_Bay, some one who want to sell old software to buy the lastest. I wish you luck

Ann, welcome to the CUTE family - so sorry to hear that you have had recent heart surgery. It is great that you husband tidied up - but getting rid of your Blue dongle is not a good thing - you might have to purchase another version of the 3D software - do you have a retailer that might have one? That is an older version.
