TO DOWNLOAD DESIGNS AT CUTE, when you go to the design page, and see the design you are interested in, click on the picture of the design. That takes you to the page where you get stitch count, size, etc., and there is the "Download" button on the right for members. When you click the button, you will be taken to a page to choose your format, then hit the next "download" button to actually download the design. If you "Add to Cart" just from the picture of the design, the site doesn't know you're a member. Hope this clears things up for some of you, hugs, Marji

If I answer/ask a question, I seem to be limited as to how many characters I can use. I want to write a fairly lengthy response to something, how can I do this please?

Dee, I believe the original question, the box you get when you "Ask the Community" now has no character limit. Only a certain number of characters show up in the list of questions shown, but when you click on the question, the whole thing is there.

I've been trying to post this in Community, but I get a "query error". Hope this is a bit more help.

CUTE MEMBERS: From what I can see, all the designs on the site are available for download, but they are all under DESIGNS. They were sorted by all the categories before, but I think with the new site under construction, the designs are ALL in "Designs", like they used to be several years ago. That means alphabets, applique, etc. are all under "Desigsn" and you have to go page by page, with the newest on the first page. To download, click on the picture of the design, that will take you to the page with stitch count, size, etc. There is a download button on the right for members. That will take you to the actual download page, where you will choose your format, then hit the download button to actually download the designs.

There is a kind of 'tags' bar in designs on the left side, but as far as I can see, that doesn't work yet. So to find what you're looking for, you just have to poke thru all the pages for now. Hope this helps, hugs, Marji
