For these designs wasn't 1 supose to be an FSL applique done on Fabric such as Organza and then another regular FSL and a third one a regular design to stitch on fabric?

When I looked at her website that was what I thought she was offering in the different sets from 365 website.

Which kind of water soluble were you using for the FSL ones?

Did you see the instructions on the website for doing the designs on Organza.
The link to the instructions are below for you to see.

On the 365 website it says that the FSL designs have a loop on them, for hanging. I don't see a loop on any of the ones you did here.
Are you sure you are using the right design for the right method?

Did you get all the designs mentioned for each of the sets you are stitching out?

From what I can see all the sets only contain 1 FSLace design that should have a loop on the top for hanging and all the other designs in each set would have to be stitched on organza/fabric.

Is that how you read her description on the website?

I'm pretty sure these need an organza base,otherwise there is nothing to support them. I'm sorry you weren't happy with them

How I felt was the designs say fabric and lace over them or a lot of them so I assumed they all should be on fabric. I've only done the chicken and its ok
on fabric.
When I looked at the design I feel the lines are to
skinny to self support and not enough foundation.
I did my chicken on 1/8in blue check gingham and
I think I added some more elements. I can't find my pic right now.

I got an answer from Mandy @ emb. projects and these designs are for cards,paper, fabric but there NOT FSL. The ones that are fsl say so. Now my friends it is all My Fault not the site. I guess i just assumed they were all fsl :(;(Carolyn

The following are the designs you should get in each set that are up on 365 website.

1 4x4 Org/Lace Ornament with a hanging loop-you can use this for bookmarks, sun catchers, ornaments etc.


1 4x4 Org/lace design for making cards, blocks, towels, bibs etc.


1 5x7 Org/Lace design that is NOT freestanding-it can be used for quilt blocks, towels etc.


1 6x10 Org/Lace design that is NOT freestanding-to be used for quilt blocks, towels etc


1 5x7 FREESTANDING Lace Plaque-This comes complete with a hanging loop

All designs that say Org/Lace are for stitching on Organza or similar light weight fabric such as Tulle.
As you can see in each set there are only 2 Ornaments
There is 1 Org/Lace Ornament (4x4) to stitch on Organza or Tulle and has a lace edge. Once stitched it is free standing but does need a fabric for part of the design.

And there is 1 FSL 5x7 Ornament that is completely a free standing lace design and requires no fabric.

Both should have a hanging loop on the top for hanging the ornament.
All the other designs are to be stitched on Organza, or sparkle organza or tulle or similar sheer light weight fabric.

If in fact you did stitch the right FSL designs and they didn't stitch right it could be that you need to use the Fibrous type of water soluble stabilizer for them rather than the film type that you used and try 2 layers of the fibrous type.
