Do you have a graphics program on your computer? I know you've got 'Paint'... it comes with all of the Windows operating systems. On your keyboard, you have a key above the arrow keys that is usually marked: 'Print Screen.' (Its at the very top edge of your keyboard) Just hit that key once. Then, go to your Paint program found in the Accessories folder on your Start menu. When the program opens, click on the Clipboard icon which pastes the image onto the workspace. To the right of that, there is a dotted line rectangle that says "Select"... using your cursor, draw a rectangle around your design. There is a smaller icon next to the "Select"... at the top, it looks like overlapping right angles that form a square... select that icon and it crops the picture. Then, when you get to the point where you want to save it, hit the icon that looks like a floppy disk... go to the bottom of the dialog box and under "Save as" on the drop down menu, select JPEG.

I did a screen capture of this page and worked through the Paint program.

I got my answer from someone in one of my yahoo groups. It can be done right in the embird program, so simple but complicated when I don't know what I'm doing.

To set up your default mail, you need to download Windows live from the Microsoft website. It is free and a very useful addition to windows 7. It takes a while to download but with all the features it's worth the time.
