THREAD on sale. Box of 50 for $25, limit 100 boxes. :) I just saw that this morning and thought you all might be interested in getting some nice colors. I've ordered several boxes of this thread myself, and it works great!. Lots of very rich colors too. The only downside is the shipping. Therefore, if you order a few boxes, that cuts down on the pain of postage. www.designbysick.com.
I'll post a direct link below.

Thanks! By the way, now with the website changes you can actually post a link in your question, and the whole thing seems to come through ok, so you don't have to answer your question to post a link. Glad to hear Shawn's thread works ok, what kind of machine do you have? They have good stabilizer, too, by the way, especially when it's on sale. As I understand it, developed by the same person who developed stabilizers for Walter Floriani. Postage is always a hassle, but with the Designs by Sick site, remember he's in Canada, but you can order from the Canadian warehouse if you're in Canada, and the USA one if you're in the USA, so you don't have all that international shipping to contend with here at least. Thanks again for the heads up on the thread. Hugs, Marji

Just to clarify, the first 100 customers get the sale price. I read it as there was a 100 box limit on purchase, hee hee hee.
Also, if you are on the Canadian site they don't show the sale price for the 50 spool box.
Oh, yeah, it says USA only for the thread sale, I was thinking more of stabilizer, I guess, duh.
Well, OK, I didn't read it right then. Oops. The thread in the US comes from Texas. I've ordered from them several times. Must be the "handling" part of shipping that gets us.
I didn't see a way to post a link when I posted this. I looked though, so perhaps I posted as they were updating?
I just went and looked at their site again. I could have sworn that it said "limit 100" this morning. They may have changed it due to confusion.

I forgot to answer your question. I have a Brother Duetta 4500D.

The Thread price is good but shipping is outrageous!
I wonder why?

They're shipping UPS or Fedex ground for some reason. These spools MIGHT fit into a USPostal Service flat rate box, but that would probably still be $10-12. Doggone postage in USA at any rate keeps going up and up! I don't know if Embroidery Passion is physically located in USA, or maybe they walk the stuff over from Canada? I know SICK is in Canada, could be the reason for using Fedex & UPS, they're international.
keep forgetting! is located in the USA, or if they walk over from Canada. Fedex is international rates depending on distance.
I have to agree. Shipping is terrible. That is why I suggested ordering more than one. It does not increase the shipping exponentially.
