I am so sure I posted an answer yesterday, but can't find it again. Here goes again.
When uploading a file make sure it contains only letters and numbers, nothing else. For instance, 'ghost #2 part1' won't upload and gives an error message, 'ghost2part1' will.
I usually copy what I want to upload to a temporary file and change the name to something simple.

When uploading designs make sure you use only letters and numbers in the name.
