embroiderthis has a poodle-freebie in this style but a little smaller. emblibrary has some poodles in different styles ans sizes.

I can't ever get the Sewform links to work, but I'll try. If this doesn't work, go to Sewforum and type Poodle in the search. They have a nice one for free, but I have not stitched it out.
