How do I bend or curve my text on a Designer

I don't think you can do that on your Designer. I had a Designer 1, now own a Designer Ruby and I need software to do that.
Have you got 5D Embroidery (extra), then you can bend the text in several ways.

To do all the text at one time yo will have to have the software (3D,4Dor 5D). If you don't have too much to do I think you could put the letters in one at a time, start with your first letter, moce over and up, put in the next, go along until you are at what would be the top and then start, letter by letter, going down. Does this make sense? Maybe easier if you ask for one of the digitizing cuties to pretty please do it for you!

I should have said thisbefore. If you have your Users Guide instruction book, look on pages 4-17-19 and try following those directions just using your text, again probably will have to do one letter at a time but I tried it and it is slow but works.
Thanks for the help. I did think about that, but thought I might have missed something, My Janome did that easily, but this viking is different and I really don't embroidery as much as I would like. This is going to be a fun site.

You will need software to do that. If you have the software you will go into the area called letters. Chose the letter you want, the into line format. Good luck with this.

Have you got Husqvarne software? When you go to letters on the soft ware you will see: line type with different shapes. You click one of those to choose: curved, round, circle, etc how ever you want to shape your letters
