Counted Cross Stitch (by hand!)

I finished this piece of embroidery while I was away on holiday and I'm not sure whether to frame it or make it into something. It is a very characteristic pose for a Border Collie.

Very nice. I have made many counted cross stitch designs that many ended up in frames. Yours would look nice framed or made into maybe a pillow.

Very nice job - I comfy pillow would look nice - I am not sure you would want it on a bag - you wouldn't want to damage by the use.

Great job Sue. Love the color choices. I'm for framing it. This would make a beautiful picture. I have done some hand cross stitch Christmas ornaments and I know it is very time consuming. Lovely work Sue! ~Carolyn~

Sue, he/ she is beautiful. I would frame it if it were mine. I used to do so much x stitch but since getting an embroidery machine.........

It looks fabulous, Sue. Nice work. A frame would seem the best way to preserve it, but some prefer 'using' things like this, so I guess you'll need to decide which you prefer!

HI Sue, great job on this. I think a frame would be better for it as a pillow of whatever would eventually need washing & overtime this could destroy it. Too much work in it for that to happen.

It is lovely sue, would frame it. I used to do a lot of handwork in the past. Once framed will be treasured for generations for sure
