Has anyone who sent a note to cute support about having problems gotten a reply, other than a ticket in the last few weeks? I sure wish I could upload in projects.

I did not even realize there was a cute support. I can only download if I go to packs and then pick a catergory. Then go to like page 4 of the catergory. Not sure if that can help you.

I can get the designs, but my loading photos to the Projects is messed up. I'ts something that they will fix.

I didn't think it was important enough to bother her so I just send my note to the support so they know what's going on.

I know this may be repetitious. Have you checked that your picture is in jpeg format and not too big? It seems strange that everyone else can upload and you can't which makes me think that it is on your part and nothing to do with the site.

Have you thought it may be a setting that you have on your computer that is stopping you uploading to projects. Just a thought. Marg

I've uploaded many projects before without a problem, it just been since they have been working on the site,

The rest of my tabs were there this morning in the Projects but now they are gone again. They will figure it out...It all takes time. I'm not worried about it.
