Try deleting your temporary internet files... and then try to log in again.

Connie you are one of a few who has this problem. Hopefully when all is sorted you will be able to return as yourself.

Usually I do not have a problem. However, today I had to try to log in several times before I was successful! The contact us link does go to a different source. I left messages before and never hear anything.

I too had the same problem with the change over. I wrote to the other site like suggested and never did get an answer back. I'm sure they are ready to pull their hair out trying to get things in order. I also lost my flowers and have not received any. That was not as bad as not being able to log on and be a part of the community shich is why I had to just start over. Hopefully everything will be back and running smooth soon. They work hard and share a lot with us. ♥

i just got into mine and this is how i did it,
click on designs at the top
then you will see your name in GREEN letters
under your name it says account click on account
on the left side of the page you will see
ACCOUNT in Green
under that it tells you everything about your account, files, subs etc.
