Welcome to Cute. This is a wonderful group with many helpful people. As your question is embroidery related it would have been better posted under the public tab, where more people would see it. To answer your question a ballpoint needle is used for t shirts and any knitted/ stretch fabric.

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the best site in the embroidery world. I see you have your answer.

I personally love the ball point needle on jersey, interlock or anything that is stretchy.

Don't be shy, check out all the tabs on here. We have just had the PRIVATE tab back on (the site has been under construction).

If you need to write to anyone just PM them by using their avatar. eg. Mine is PENNIFOLD. You will see a little + sign and that tells you that there is a Private message. Enjoy this site. Love and blessings Chris

I'll send you one now so that you can see what I mean. I see this was posted 9 hours ago and it is now 11.00pm Australian Eastern standard time. I don't know where you are from, so you will eventually receive it.

Ball point needles are good for knits, and also satins and silks. Use them on anything that will snag. Welcome to Cute, stay awhile... christine Live Laugh Download Stitch!
