first of all: WELCOME to cute :o)
The flowers are just a way to say thank you if you post a question and other cuties answer you. Or if you download a design it is a way to give your tribute to the digitizer. The have no function just to be nice and let the gardens grow ;o)
If you click on the green flower it changes to orange and the count under the pic is getting higher...
