I just looked at my last invoice, no phone #, but I did pay for it with my discover and I don't have paypal. Hopes this helps you.

I have looked the site over and can find no phone number......and I can not find any place to put my Discover #.

I have an email in to them but haven't heard back yet. They are two hours slower than we are and don't open until 12 our time..... so I'll try again after 12.

I don't understand why they say in cust. service that they take Discover but at checkout.... it is only Visa and Mastercard......?????

I find i can't use paypal to order from Metro, for some reason i would need google, which i prefer not to have, anyone know why?

I ordered in April, used paypal. I'm still writing every month asking when the thread charts will be back. They are losing a lot of business by not being close to their customers.

I will not use Paypal or Google. Their info says they take Discover.
After two emails to them.... if they don't soon answer me as to why Discover is not on the check out page .... I will be moving on. I really don't like to do business with a company that has such poor customer service.
I thought I would try them since everyone seems to like it so much and it is cheaper.
I guess I'll end up driving 45 minutes to my store where I get 20% off...... But that makes it still a lot more than Metro.
Maybe my machine would not like metro anyhow....... (big sigh ..... rolling eyes) Thanks for your input.
