I logged out earlier to let Songthrush log-on and I've had an awful job getting back in. It seems that each time I come to the site, I have to log-in again, but I get into a loop when my password isn't accepted. So I change my password and all is well until I come back and then I start again. I'm on my third password today!

Hi Sue, I think this is a problem others have had. Hopefully you can remember the changes of passwords

Little frustrated ar we. I think Ms. Vicki has a link on the "home page" in case you have login problems. Is this a new thing? You may need a ticket! LLDS! christine

I'm on my 5th password now.
6th now since I clicked the "contact us" link! I may give up.
This reminds me of the time my daughter had a problem with BT and had a different phone number each week for 4-5 weeks. It was difficult to remember what it was. BT thought it was fine to keep changing their number. Good luck with the password

I have a problem logging in on some pages but not all. If I get to the part where there are 3 boxes going down the page on a white background it works, but if I use the one where my ID and PW are left and right up at the top it doesn't. You may be changing your passwords when you might not need to if it's the same issue as mine :)

What happens if you close and restart your browser or re-boot your computer? Probably more of a pain than changing password, but just a thought.

and then had a lot of trouble getting back in..
since then I have not been logging out..

I get logged out everytime I navigate away from the site. I think I am now on password number 10. (They only work for one visit!)

This new change, left the site very complicated and confusing.
