Nicky, Welcome to the CUTE family - I don't remember receiving anything when I joined and we don't have the feature that we used have - that you could check on your membership - have you tried to download any designs?

Hi welcome to Cute. As the site is being upgraded there are some problems. Sorry to hear you are having problems with the site. Others will give you better advice but I would suggest you try downloading a paid for design. Let us know what happens

first of all: Welcome to CUTE :o)
To see if your membership is activated just click on "Designs" (the tab after "Free designs:" at the top).
There you see under your name "Your account". Click on that and then under the word MEMBERSHIP on the blue underlined word "Subscriptions". There you can see wheter your membership started (green date when it expire).
