This is very sad to hear, but I'm so glad to hear he won't recant him Christianity. I will say a prayer for him. Faith can move mountains! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

What a world we live in

You just can not believe that his is still going on in this day and age. this is why I fear for europ, it might go the same. but enough of this or I will be beheaded too for even fearing it.

Such an unjust and inhumane system in this world is so terrible and unbelievable, yet it still happens in many regions. If I were in his position, or beside him, there would be no recantation from me either. I would meet my Lord smiling!

I briefly heard of a christian minister and was shocked. Its strange to actually see him. I hope
they recant the verdict.

Praying GOD will comfort and protect him in his time of need.

I was disappointed that this happens. ..I am shock!

This isn't justice. People should not be censored for their morals and principles. Some areas of the world are still too narrow minded about a persons beliefs. Will be praying the government does the right thing and lets him be freed.

God freed Peter from prison, and he freed Paul and Silas although they stayed and led the jailer to Christ. If it is God's will, He can free this pastor too. The last I heard they were removing the death sentence, but he was still being held in prison. Being in an Iranian prison, as a Christian, is much like when Christ was being mocked and beaten before he was crucified. I pray a hedge of protection around this pastor and his family, also around those in his congregation. God's angels are mightier than Achmadinijad and all his troops.

He needs prayer and lots of them. Thank you for making me aware of this.

I hope if it came down to it I would be so brave, May God grant him peace in the mist of It all. I pray he may live.

I pray for this young man that's God's will be done in his life. God stopped Lions mouths, saved Paul and Silas and has brought many to their knees. He's the same today as 2000 & more yrs ago.
