Oh my gosh,how awful! My thoughts and prayers are with you all and especially with Ty. I pray that the infections will heal and that he will be relieved of pain.

The poor little thing. He has all of my prayers and so do the rest of you. The hardest thing in the world is to watch a child suffer and - you are so helpless- cannot take the pain into yourself and have to watch them go through it.
My Grandson will be going into hospital at the beginning of December for a large op. to remove his ureters from the bottom of his bladder and re-implant them in the top - where they should be. I am already in tears when I think about it. He will be 10 on the 5th December. I am almost standing in your shoes.

It is very hard ro see a child suffering, and you do not have the power to do anything, may his guardian angel and God be with him all the time and Our Lord to guide the Doctor's hands during the surgery. May God give confort to all of you.

He's the same age as two of my grandsons, and I cannot imagine what the family is feeling. My prayers are with all of you. Try to rest as he will need your strength during his recuperation.

Seems staph is rampant these days and even though we have it in our bodies at all time if in the wrong place it can be deadly. Ty is in my prayers that soon he will be well. I do so hate to see children unwell./Lillian

Dear Toogie - Big Aussie Hugs are flying half way around the world to little Ty. With them go my thoughts and prayers for all the family. Standing by, watching and waiting for recovery is very difficult.

UPDATE ON TY- The surgery last night, along with the petitions to our Lord, has helped Ty today. He slept for the 1st night in 8 days, all night. the dr said what they gave him after surgery would make him rest for 6-8 hrs, but he went without pain meds for 15 hrs! They reopened the incision at his ankle,made an additional incision behind the leg,down close to the ankle and drilled a small hole in his bone. They left this open, for it to drain, after they cleaned and washed it out. In the morning, which will be Sat the 8th, his 9th b-day,they will take Ty back to surgery,flush the open sites out again. If the blood work shows the infection is responding to treatment, they will close the wounds, if not,the dr said Monday they would take him back into surgery to flush it out again. The Dr said the most he has had to do a patient is 6 times! Can you even imagine?!! I am hoping and praying the white count has come down b/4 surgery so he won't have to have a 4th surgery Monday. He also ate better today. I am so thankful for the blessings we recieved, for my Cutie Prayer Warriors response to my cry, for the love I feel from all of you, for the love & care you have shown to one of God's little children and his family, for our Lord in heaven who hears and answers our prayer.Bless all of you, In sisterly love-Toogie
