Good Morning all, it's 3am and I can't sleep so I am sitting here enjoying time in Cute. Please tell me how I add a glitter picture to my answers. I can add a still picture but not an animated one..what am I doing wrong?

You need to do a google search for animated gifs.
Save them to a folder, and use the filmstrip view. The one you click on will do it's thing at the top of the page so you can see them again. To put them on a page here, upload image is clicked, find the folder and click on the one you want.
