I just signed up a membership with cute embroidery and do not know how to get my designs to download. anyone online that could help me

Click on the picture of the design you want, not the other buttons. It will bring up another screen. On the right side you will see a place for members to download designs. Hope this helps

I see Maria has given you an answer (Clawton). I've just expanded her answer a bit.
You click on the picture of the design you want.
It brings you to another page and on the far right hand side you will see a FREE DOWNLOAD for members and underneath that a DOWNLOAD BUTTON.
You click on that then a new page opens up with the format choices listed.
You click on your format and another box opens up which is where you choose to download it.
