The Ms. Loretta Scholrship is a program by which one person receives a 6-month membership. The recipient then chooses the next scholarship winner. It was started by Ms. Loretta when she becamse too sick to use it - she gave it away, this has been carried on by Ms. Vicki the site owner. Thank you Ms. Vicki! Live Laugh Download Stitch! christine
