Terri (twee) and I met on Monday - October 10th - the 'Bee Z Stitchers' decided to take our meeting to the 'My Friends Quilt Shoppe' in Logan, UT - that is way up north for me - I traveled to Terri's and the two us drove on in her car to the meeting. This place is a fabric and idea mecca - a place that any of you fabricaholics would spend hours in. We were greeted by Kim the owner and also one of the twins from http://www.thediydish.com/ - Kim joined us in our show and tell portion of our meeting and Kris came in just as we were ending. (Each of them also shared show and tell - they just went into the shop and took things off the shelves and we were so excited to see their projects up close and get 1st hand knowleged from them)

I have submitted the picture I took here

1. The 'Bee Z Stitchers and the twins (Margene, Cheryl, Shirlene, Shirley, Reva, Terri, Kris & Kim
2. Kim with her mannequin pincushion - their last weeks project - they have a new one each week - so check it out on the http://www.thediydish.com/.

I almost forgot to tell you - that Cheryl had a great presentation on Accuquilt Flowers - we spent hours cutting fabric and learning how to make different sort of flowers to decorate and enjoy. She did a great job and we had so much fun. I was gone most of the day - it was almost 6 PM when I got home. It was such a blessing to be around so many creative thinkers and have fun chatting and caring for one and another. Thanks Terri for the get traveling one on one time, too.

Hi Shirlene, what a fabulous looking shop. The twins remind me of Marie Osmond! I love all the quilts and things lying around the shop and are so glad you and Terri had a great day. Love Chris

Here are Kris & Kim's projects for this week - Terri and I saw these pillows and looked at them - before we even knew about their weekly projects:

As the picture shows - these are both lovely projects - I hope some of you view the projects each week and get inspirations for something for your home.

And to set the record striaght - in my description of who we were greeted by - it was Kris and she sat with us and did show and tell and Kim came in later and was able to share on her sweet little Kimberbell Doll. Apologies to the twins for my error in their names.
