Oh how true is that!!! At 53 I am STILL trying to learn to say "NO"

My enjoyment in life began, as soon as I learned to say NO! For so many years, I was a pleaser, and was living my life doing for others! It's great to be charitable, but NOT to the extent of giving yourself away!! And, surprisingly, I did not lose any friends, but gained more respect!
