Dear all,

I thought you might like to see my HORN sewing table now in my new sewing room. It's the biggest one I could buy (have had it for over 4 years now) and can actually extend out from behind the thread stand too, but I don't have it set up like that. Now that I have the Horn cutting table that will be my cutting area. At the end of October I'll be receiving my cupboards which will go on the wall where the little white rubbish bins are sitting. Love Chris

1. My Horn sewing cabinet with extension cupboard (I put my Overlocker on it) opened up.
2. Horn sewing cabinet with Overlocker cupboard back in place. (this room is about 3.15m wide x 4m. Thanks for looking.

This furniture gives you so much room to work and cut out in. It's going to be great to have a cupboard up on the wall for even more storage.

Beautiful!!!! Love your sewing area. Your cabinet looks a lot like my Koala cabinet.

Thanks very much - I've just had a look at the Koala brands and they are beautiful - but the one I would want is over $3,000.00. The Horn cabinets are made here in Australia and much cheaper. I have the biggest - the Sovereign MK11. I can take the mobile unit out of the main cabinet frame and roll it around too. Love Chris

Chris, thank you for sharing your room and your new setup - I am so happy for you - I used to have a window like that to look out of in my embroidery room in NC - I loved it - this is going to be such a joy for you to create wonderful projects in. You sure had the right idea to use this room. *4U

Thanks Shirlene - yes, it's a great room especially the size. Trevor has decided we will refit the wardrobes out as well as my new furniture. The other room which was my sewing room has the whole wardrobe fitted out with shelving. So we will convert that back to have some hanging space.

Thanks Angel, yes this HORN sewing cabinet is the biggest one I could get. It actually has another tray at the back of the cupboard (next to the window) but that is down! I have the cutting table in the front of the sewing cabinet. You can't see it in this picture. Love Chris

Hi Terri, yes he is pretty good! Even though he doesn't like putting things together! Love Chris.

P.S. Not unlike Ray (Meganne's husband) - he is amazing, anything Meg wants he does it for her straight away!!!! They love each other so much, it's lovely to watch. Love Chris

WOW, it is great Chris. I'm glad to know the name of a good sewing set up. We will be moving as soon as our house sells, and I want to get a new table.
Thanks for sharing. Hugs, Judy

Hi Judy, this is just the sewing machine cabinet. I have bought a new cutting table which is just super. It was one of the many birthday gifts I got this year. I was spoiled. Love Chris
