Dear Chris, thank you for your lovely comment! I had a Janome machine with a 9x12.5 cm hoop, for about 10 years and thought I couldn't possibily convince my hubby to buy a new modern one with large hoops, until my machine became ill, then my hubby gave up and said to go ahead and buy a new one, two years ago!
then, under a little pressure, my hubby gave up and I bought a Husqvarna Viking Topaz 30 which is not top of the range but good enough with the largest hoop being 200x360mm. Hugs, Lidia
