I found it for you-tried to bring it to the top-but I already commented and given flowers prior-so it didn't come forward-but at this moment-it's on page 3 of projects-hope you find it

I don't like to bother you again, but here goes.The dip for the ears looks to be about 5 1/2 " or is that too much? Also, how far from the center front to the center of dip at ear? I know I can make this by trial and error, but I thought it would be less trouble for us all, with a few more measures. I am so sorry about your pet-T

Ear dip is 5 inches in the center and 6 3/4 inches from center front to center of ear.Tried to think of a way to post the actual pattern but did't know how. Good luck. Nanc
