Click on the first one you want to delete. Go down to the last one, hold your shift key down and click on it. They should all be hightlighted. While over top of one that is highlighted, right click to get the pop up window. Find the delete and click it. They should all be sent to the trash bin. I usually only do what I see on the screen at one time.

You can click on the first one then hold the Ctrl key down and push the A key, they should all be hightlighted and click on delete mark, hope you understand me.

I have to dump mine daily Mary because it fills up with all the yahoo groups-I seriously need to unsubscribe to all of them. I just click on the box on the top line that shows From....it checkmarks all the emails on the page/click delete-a popup comes asking it I want to delete-YES-poof-it's gone-usually have to do it a few times a day because more junk comes in-I like to keep incoming, spam & trash emptied out. Happy deleting =O) ~linda~

If you click the very top checkbox on the line that has from, subject etc, it will highlight all on that page, then click delete. At least it is deleting a whole page at a time with two clicks.
