This is my second ME quilted piece. It is sanityscrafts.com BOM contest! free design - just send pic back each month. I steamed away the stabilizer and it is pretty hard - and it took a long time so it is not the short cut I was looking for.

I have never used that sort of stabilizer - more than likely - if it isn't a shortcut - I will not - either - this is a really pretty design.

The stabilizer is the same wss. I tried to steam rather than soak, because I did not want to wait for it to dry to take picture. And I wanted it in a finished project before I wash the batting.
