no, I downloaded it this morning (it is now late afternoon) and had no problems

I had trouble after Internet Explorer put out a new upgrade. I then added Google Chrome as an Internet search and my problem downloading ART format went away. I have read about others using Foxfire also. Might want to have an alternate way of accessing the internet.

I'm not sure if you can't get it or can't find it. If you go there when it is just put up you have to look at the special offers link at the very top. Later it shows up on the home page.

I've had no problem at all in downloading the letters each day.
