Ladies a new craft project for all those lovely free standing flowers. using lace doilies from the reject shops and and use white wood glue and squrt some onto doily roll around in hands ..more

then centre over a coffee jar lid and mold down around to make a hat shape hold with rubberband when dry remove lid and fill with popouree add alittle extra oil if want glue on a circle of stiff netting to hold all in. add a ribbon and flowers and yoy have a sweet smelling gift. great for people in nursing homes. you can add a loop to hang on door knob or bed post. happy crafting....ps not sure on some of my spelling here...ha

This is a neat craft idea not only 4 gift 4 N.H. residents but it is a craft they themselves can do with a little assist from an activities person. I't sometimes hard to come up with crafts they can do that r age related & useful but this would great. *4U

you can use ribbons bows beads lace flowers anything realy even the clover for st pats day etc bunnys for easter green and red for christmas and balloons for bdays etc.

Thanks - I guess this could also be done with any of our own FSL doilies -- when they are still wet. No glue needed - because of the stablizer. Hehehe!
