Chris I think we both had the same thought. I also don't know where I can see this note holder. Projects has some trouble at the moment (cannot see most of the pics) so I don't wanna start searching.

the sunbonnet note holder was a gift someone received from their Secret Santa,It seemed to be a sewing pattern and not machine embroidery.
