I have a huge list of people! I will assign each one of them another person to send a secret gift to in time for Christmas. So everyone sends a gift and receives a gift. Do you want to join?
by sigrun 24 Oct 2011
If I is the only one from Iceland, the person how´s receives my gift know whom it´s from, because she will see the postmark, so it will not be a secret hehehehehe.

Send it express and put their address in the sender box. That way she/he wont know if its local or not. Mabey?

88? That's fantastic! It will be a great exchange, for sure! Just one handmade item is easy enough to do and great fun picturing the surprise on your recipient's face, with them not knowing who it's from. Sigrun, you could send to someone to post on if you don't mind a little extra cost. I've done that before.

Yes I can of course - but there will always be a stamp that says which country it came from - but it will be Ok, just the excitement of guessing, receiving and for fun.

What I did last time I was 'crafty' was put one envelope with the gift inside another to your friend or relative. Then they can peel off the outer and won't have your postcode when they send on the inside envelope. It is good to be sneaky sometimes!
by sigrun 25 Oct 2011
Yes - very sneaky :o))

Another suggestion for you, Sigrun. Once you're given a partner, you could find another cutie from that same country and ask via PM if you can send it to them, for them to send on for you -same idea with the double envelopes. Not sure how you'd go about providing the postage for the 2nd part, but I'm sure it could be arranged.
