i am after somebody to embroider a leather weight lifting belt with a name on it... is there anybody than can help..

i appreciate time is involved and costs incurred and i have created the name design so it would be a case of replicating this onto the belt..

Maybe you can find a commercial embroiderer in your town. I don't think our home machines would hold up to stitching on leather that thick. At least all of the ones I have seen are 1/4" or better.
Anyway, welcome and I'm glad you are here.;)

I was thinking along the same lines as you Jerrilyn. I think a leather Weight Lifting belt would be too thick. Love Chris

Have you seen other leather belts already embroidered upon? That would be tricky, I think. The closest I'd go would probably be to embroider on a matching fabric then applique the name patch onto a belt. There wouldn't be so much stitching going into the leather, then. There are some of us on here who embroider on webbing for dog collars, but even the heavier webbing can be troublesome, I find. And welcome to Cute!
