These are little clip-on witches hats..I made a bunch for my daughters and friends. They have cats and pumpkins and spiders and I made one with a bat on it for a friend that drives me batty....ha ha ha

I cut a three inch circle from the stiff black felt...folded a triangle of regular black felt in half and stitched it together and then just glued the black triangle to the center of the black stiff circle. Then hot glued some fur and little halloween trinket around the base and attached a clip on the bottom
